Hello secret email subscribers, from a nice café in overcast Aachen.

I’m finally getting through the Kickstarter admin and gearing up for next week’s trial.

I’ve applied to the High Court for the particulars of claim and associated information. On getting that I’ll write up the interesting bits on www.PostOfficeTrial.com and send it out to you via email.

If you want more people to read about this trial feel free to forward them the emails you get, or better still, get them to go to www.PostOfficeTrial.com where they can sign up to get their own emails for free.

If they are feeling particularly committed they can donate to support my work too. There is a button on the website which links to a paypal site which will take your card details.

Anyone who donates £20 or more will be added to this secret emails list too. Having committed to covering both trials I will still need to raise £2.5k over the next few months to ensure I’m not running at a loss by the end of March.

Incidentally, when this first trial is over I will publish my income from Kickstarter backing and website donations so everyone can see where and how their money is being spent.

Thank you all also for all the messages of support and useful information you’ve sent me over the past two weeks. I’ve had to process it all in my own time as I’m working right up to the trial on other projects so apologies if I have not properly responded to you. I am going to use what little downtime I have this week to try to catch up and will start working full time on the trial and this story on Monday next week.

A reminder your first court report will not appear until Wed 7 November as that’s the first day the court sits.
